I grant the Great American Trail Challenge the right to use my name and likeness (video or audio) and use photographs of me in my association with the 2012 Great American Trail Horse Sale in all media. I understand that the release and consent given herein is made without compensation and no compensation is required or anticipated. I release the Great American Trail Challenge, Turnbull Equine Productions, the Virginia Horse Center and its representatives from any liability, claims, or causes of action with this consent and release for any issues arising from my involvement with the 2012 Great American Trail Challenge. I agree to abide by the terms and provisions contained in this contract, I agree that my participation is at my own risk, and I/we release the Great American Trail Challenge, Turnbull Equine Productions, and the Virginia Horse Center from any claim or liability whatsoever, either by myself or by another. The Great American Trail Challenge, Turnbull Equine Productions, and the Virginia Horse Center will not be liable for loss to exhibitors from theft, fire, storm, or any causes whatsoever that may arise from use and occupancy of the facility. The exhibitors agree to indemnity and hold harmless the Great American Trail Challenge, Turnbull Equine Productions, and the Virginia Horse Center and its representative(s) against any and all claims arising out of acts or failure to act by any exhibitor, his/her representatives, horses or management. I understand that under Virginia law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

DOG POLICY:

Dogs are no longer permitted on the Coliseum concourse or at any ring entry point unless crated. All dogs must be on hand-held or tied leashes in or around the barns and parking areas. Pet owners violating this new policy will be subject to a $100 fine.
