Bandys Flashy Jewel Loud colored 11 year old APHA Gelding. We've used this horse exclusively for Children's Birthday Parties, Church & Corporate Employee Parties. He has proven time and time again to handle all conditions. He is great on trails, in crowds and traffic. He is not a fancy Western Pleasure Horse, a fast Barrel Racer or a great Roping Horse. Cookie
Here also is a little story about Cookie the half linger mare, Cookie is an 8yr old half linger mare. Cookie is great for any child or small person, she has spent most of her life riding children through the mountains, on trails and at horse camps. She loves the water and will ride where ever you put her, in the front or behind. Cookie will also work single or double. This half linger has a loving personality, very easy to catch, great in the stall, and trailers very well. Be sure to stop by her stall and watch as the children enjoy a ride on cookie. |

Popey is outstanding looking and will stand 16.2 hands. He will for sure be one of the flashiest horses around. His color is amazing. A thick white strip down his face. Very dark dappled buckskin body. He has a good mane and tail that will about drag the ground. He has a nice soft slow lope and slow trot. He has a very kind eye and loves attention. This horse came from Twombly Performance horses in Bayard, Nebraska. They used him on the ranch to halter break colts. He is easy to load clip, shoe, bathe etc. |

Pepper
Pepper is a 40 inch beginner safe pony, our 7 year old son Nathan has ridden Pepper on all day Trail Rides. Pepper will go anywhere thru the woods, creeks and Nathan has even had him swimming. Pepper is well broke to drive, as our boys drive him on the state road. Nathan has had him since May 2009. There's not a whole lot that these 2 haven't done together. Pepper is sound, no vices. |

Blue
Blue is a 15.2H Dapple Grey that is very quiet and safe for anyone to ride and drive. Our 10 year old son Kevin has ridden Blue on many all day trail rides with large and small groups. He will lead or ride drag and will also ride off by himself quietly. Kevin has also used Blue to push and work cattle. He also roped his first calf off of him. We have also been driving him. He is very traffic and road safe. He is a very well mannered horse to have around. Blue is a fun and easy horse to ride. He neck reins, sidepasses, and is quiet in the barn. We have owned Blue for almost a year. Blue is sound, no vices. Come see this nice horse! |

Toby Toby is a kind, gentle and fun gelding. He can ride anywhere you want to go on the trails or ranch then load up and go run game events at the horse show. He was a 13 year old girls first horse. He successfully helped her learn to run a game horse on poles, barrels, arena race, potato and flag race. Winning for her and all the while being patient and forgiving. He gets along great with other horses in the pasture or goes in his stall. This past fall, on a whim, he went to his first cowboy race. Crossing streams chest deep, going up and down steep banks, dragging a heavy log, walking a narrow plank, jumping over giant tree trunks and putting in a fast time, all with a 14 year old girl on his back. Never refusing or balking. Toby is ready now to take on a new young rider or beginning adult. He is easy to love and has a lot of years ahead of him. Don't miss this good, good gelding. |

VF LOTTA SMOKIN GOLD
Chip is a nice, big 15.2H dappled palomino gelding with a great disposition. He has been used for the past year as a wrangler horse at Brown County State Park Saddle Barn. He will go where you point him and do what you ask of him. He has a nice short lope, nice for catching up on the trails and will ride quiet and gentle. He has also been used around our farm to move cattle. Chip is a great trail horse and would also make a great 4-H project. |

Dakota is a beautiful 15H grullo gelding. He is very easy to get along with. He has been rode all through out the Hoosier National Forest. He neck reins, will back up, will lope off and draws lots of attention with his outstanding color. He has also been used around the farm to work cattle. Little Blackie has true grit to do whatever you have nerve enough to do. Coal black with 4 white socks and a beautiful head, he looks and moves like a movie star. He stands 13.2 1/2 hands or 54.1/2 inches, the perfect size for a trail or pony hunter. He has been used 2 years on our Flint Hills Ranch in Kansas trailing cattle , jumping logs or whatever he's been asked to do. Hattie
Hattie is sired by our AQHA Ranch stallion "Muscles" and out of our Halflinger mare. This mare is cool and calm and not into running. She likes slow! She has been used a lot in cattle sale alleys when not on the ranch trails. Her full sister and full brother both were top three contest and sale toppers at the Great American Trail Horse Sale in the past years. She stands 14 hands or 56 inches like all our horses. We will try to show you what they do instead of talk about it!

"Elvis" is 14.1 hands, has been ranching for a living in Oklahoma and Nebraska. He is a real look alike to our last year Great American Trail Horse sale topper Halflinger mare. The few mares we are breeding this year will be to Elvis's daddy. We believe this is a great new cross breed for ranch and trail. He is tolerating all our nonsense and toys real well! Plus works the cattle sale alley's very good!

"Blue" is a big 15.11/2 hand rare blue grullo, roan mare, who's sire is our logo do-it-all horse "Sampson", ranch sire for many. This mare was broke and started on our ranch. She was used on our cowboy camps for 8 -12 year old kids and was a favorite. She has been ridden not only in the hills but also in the mountains. Her 3/4 brother Roan Ranger sold on our last Ranch Production Sale for $25,000. She is no stranger to whips, ropes and gunshot.

Freckles
"Freckles" is a 49 inch red polka dot 5 year old POA who kids love to ride bareback. This one of a kind pony is a real sweet heart that will draw a crowd in a parade or on the trail. She was ridden first by a small woman on our ranch working cattle so she has not been spoiled by children who don't know how to ride. She can now tolerate beginners for a while. Safe and sweet.

Freckles is a super fun horse who grew up on a family ranch in Colorado. He was used by a boy and his dad working, roping, sorting cattle and all other ranch work needed. he was played with by the two sisters at the 4-H shows and fairs. He rides western, english, bareback. he goes anywhere you ask and is super well trained. He is a finished rope horse and he loves the jumping classes too. He stands 15.1 h. and a fun all around horse for the whole family!

Beau is a stout 16 hand gelding. He has been on may overnight trails, hunting trips, cattle drives, and more. He is quiet and relaxed out there and up for anything. He also loves the attention of parades and shows. Very nice for novice riders. Dancer Spirit is a 15.2 hand gelding, Paint type. We have owned him for the past 4 years and find him an easy loader and good traveler. He also stands for the farrier and clipping and has no stall vices. We have used him on a number of overnight trail rides and find him to be sure footed on the trail. We use him in Search and Rescue with Albermarle County. He has also placed in an ACTHA trail ride competition. Come by Dancer's stall to see him.

Lonnie
Lonnie is a beautiful lineback red dun with the cross on her shoulders. She is out of a Reg. Quarter Horse mare and has a big hip like a quarter horse. Don't let her being out of a quarter horse fool you. She can keep up with a racking horse walk and is very, very smooth and her trot is equally as smooth. She is a very loving mule and spooks at nothing. She crosses creeks, goes through mud and will stay on a trail or blaze a new one if you desire. She gets along with all horses but will keep coyotes and dogs out of your pasture. She has been ground driven and hooked to a training sled. She would need a little more work at that before hooking her to a cart. Lonnie is UTD on all her shots, teeth floating and is easy to trim, which she needs only about 3 times a year. She is an extremely easy keeper all she needs is grass or good hay. She is 100% sound and has never been lame or sick. You will have to look very hard to find a mule any prettier than she is. Wait until you see her in real life.

Are you looking for something to haul to the Jr. rodeos or maybe just to own a well bred, handy broke gelding? Moses could be your horse! Moses has had 60 days of Professional Reining training and 60 days of Professional Barrel Racing training. He has been started on Pole Bending also. Just last month Jan. 2nd, in the Pee Wee division Moses won 2nd place at the $1,000 Added IBRA show in Bristol, TN, (barrel race). Moses will spin both directions, slide to a stop, do roll backs and back with ease. He is great for the Mounted Shooting and Ranch Sorting. The Teriffic Storm
Anything but a storm! I raised this horse since he came off his mama. He has a comical personality and will meet you at the gate. Bred the best and in the Breeders Trust, he is bred to do just about anything. He is loaned to the local 4-H to anyone who needs a solid mount. He has shown successfully at Hunter Under Saddle and gone to 4-H horse camp. Every once in a while he will track cows for me if I take a notion. He is pretty and gentle and trust worthy. He has trail ridden and overnighted on a trail ride of over 300 people. Buckboards, bluegrass music, and the occasional boisterous drinker won't make him bat an eye. He's a good one, check him out! |

"Cruz" is a well bred gelding that has the looks to prove it. This 14.2 hand 7 yr. old has done a little bit of everything. He has had some reining training. Mainly, Cruz has been ridden at the farm, through the pastures and around cattle. He has shown in the walk-trot western pleasure class, slow and easy is his way. This horse's tail has been permanently blocked by a previous owner. He stands well for the vet and farrier. Cruz is looking for his lifetime home and job. |

Hollywood Spin
Howdy Folks! People call me "Spin". That comes from back in my reining days. But hey, I'm no one trick pony. I'm one of the favorite guys for quietly going out and gathering up the cattle and sorting those bovines. On cutting contest days I can settle the herd and then be really helpful as a turn back horse. On days when I'm not working cattle I really enjoy a nice quiet trail ride out there just taking in all the beauty of God's creation. With all my training I'd say I'm not the one for a beginner, but if you know as much as I do and know how to use all my buttons, I sure am a lot of fun! |

Mr Go Break A Heart
Peanut is a 15 hand gelding that has been used a bunch and is an all around good guy. We have used him gathering and sorting cattle, he is started on the barrels and he even puts up with teaching all my colts to pony - he will drag anything you ask! I've used him to teach beginner riding lessons and we can put anybody on him to go trail ride with us, he will just pack them. Peanut has competed in some cowboy challenges and we've blazed a few new trails together. My little Peanut will go through or over anything you ask, he won't look sideways once, he just forges on. Take him home, you are sure to form a life long partnership. He is a steady eddy, sure footed, calm, cool and collected little guy. |

Cisco is a 15.2 hand Buckskin gelding. He has had a ton of ride time in his life time and seen hes share of wet saddle pads. He is absolutely a gorgeous buttermilk buckskin and is super agreeable. Cisco has done a lot, drug calves to the fire to brand, pushed cattle, heeled and been trail ridden all over the place. He has competed in a few Cowboy Challenges, he is started on the barrels and has even taught some beginner and intermediate riding lessons. This goes without saying but bathes, clips, loads and ties all day to the trailer, a post or a tree! Cisco will just go and do whatever you ask of him and he will look pretty doing it. Ruby stands 14.3 hands. We started Ruby as a three yr. old and she has simply excelled at everything we've asked her to do. She has moved cows around, been trail ridden, competed in Cowboy Challenges and been hauled to see the sights at area open shows. She is an own daughter of Congress Western Pleasure Champion Zippo Pine Taylor and a granddaughter of Little King Freckles a cutting sire with AQHA and NCHA money. Ruby is an extremely correct filly - you simply cannot fault her conformation. She is super cute and very friendly. She handles ditches and water without a look and has navigated some very tough cowboy challenge obstacles without a thought. She will go through or over anything you ask.
